Chip was an amazing host, we initially couldn't find parking he was responsive, and even came to help. He offered suggestions for food and restaurants for us throughout the stay. He was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean, had everything we needed, we had 5 kids and an infant with 3 adults, there was plenty of room, he even had baby stuff if we needed it. It was in the perfect location, easy to walk to restaurants and things to see. Also, a very close trip to downtown and the aquarium. Parking was tight and you definitely need to be able to parallel park! would highly recommend this place!
